Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The role primarily involves reaching out to schools, coordinating with principals and teachers, and scheduling meetings/appointments as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to schools to introduce our services and offerings.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings with principals and teachers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Handle inquiries politely and professionally, providing accurate information.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with school staff.
• Meet daily/weekly call and scheduling targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Care Executive, or similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language as required].
• Ability to maintain professionalism and handle conversations with principals and teachers effectively.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
