We are looking for a Telecaller. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, following up with wholesalers and retailers, sharing product details, and maintaining client relationships.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients (wholesalers, retailers, distributors).
Explain product features (silk sarees, cotton sarees, fancy sarees) and pricing.
Maintain client database and follow up regularly.
Handle customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
Support the sales team in generating new leads and closing orders.
Coordinate with warehouse/dispatch team for order updates.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Prior experience in telecalling / sales support preferred (textile/garment industry experience is an advantage).
Good communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English.
Ability to convince clients and maintain relationships.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM data entry.
