Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Ludhiana. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, conducting follow-ups, maintaining call records, and providing information about our services. Additionally, the role involves addressing customer inquiries, gathering client feedback, and contributing to the improvement of our communication strategies.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening
• Proficiency in using telephone systems and maintaining call records
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
• Customer service skills and an empathetic approach to client interactions
• Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in communication or a related field are a plus
• Previous experience in a telecalling or customer service role is preferred
