Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller and Marketing professional to join our growing team in Mayur Vihar, Delhi. This dual role combines direct customer engagement through telecalling with strategic marketing initiatives to expand Devdoot's reach and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Telecalling Responsibilities:

• Make 80-100+ outbound calls daily to potential clients, schools, and corporate organizations

• Generate qualified leads for Devdoot's wellness programs, yoga sessions, and mental health coaching services

• Follow up with interested prospects and convert inquiries into enrolled clients

• Schedule appointments and demo sessions for wellness consultants and yoga instructors

• Conduct needs assessment calls to understand client requirements

• Maintain detailed call logs and CRM records for all interactions

• Achieve monthly targets for lead generation, conversions, and revenue

• Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide information about services

• Conduct follow-up calls for client satisfaction and referral generation

• Reach out to educational institutions for B2B partnerships and wellness programs

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms

• Create and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook

• Support email marketing campaigns and WhatsApp broadcast initiatives

• Conduct market research to identify new target segments and opportunities

• Assist in organizing wellness events, workshops, and webinars

• Coordinate with graphic designers for marketing collateral creation

• Track marketing campaign performance and prepare reports

• Support SEO and content marketing initiatives for the Devdoot website

• Manage database of prospects and maintain marketing contact lists

• Assist in creating marketing presentations and proposals for B2B clients

• Participate in field marketing activities and wellness awareness campaigns

• Support influencer outreach and partnership initiatives

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (mandatory)

• 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales roles

• Experience or interest in digital marketing and social media

• Comfortable making high-volume calls and handling objections

• Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Familiarity with CRM software and marketing tools

• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing

• Target-oriented mindset with ability to work under pressure

• Graduate or equivalent qualification (any stream)

• Passion for wellness, mental health, and making a positive social impact

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare, wellness, education, or service industry

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Canva, Hootsuite, MailChimp, etc.)

• Previous experience in B2B lead generation or institutional sales

• Understanding of yoga, meditation, or mental health domain

• Marketing or business degree/certification

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Days: 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday)
