We operate focused sales operations that drive revenue through high-volume outreach, lead qualification and conversion across India.We are hiring a Telesales Executive to join our hybrid sales team in India. This role is ideal for driven sales professionals who thrive in target-driven environments and who use CRM and telephony tools to convert leads into customers.Role & Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to new and existing leads to meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Qualify leads quickly using a structured discovery process and accurately record outcomes in the CRM.
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert interest into scheduled demos, trials or closed sales through consultative selling.
- Manage pipeline follow-ups, negotiate offers, and close transactions while maintaining clear documentation of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing and field sales to feed back lead quality insights and improve lead-conversion strategies.
- Maintain adherence to KPIs, call quality standards, and compliance guidelines; participate in coaching to continuously improve conversion rates.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Minimum 1–2 years of telesales, telecalling or inside sales experience in a high-volume environment.
- Strong experience using CRM platforms and updating records in real time.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Comfortable with outbound calling, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Clear spoken English; local languages (Hindi, regional) are an advantage for targeted markets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; comfortable with hybrid work (office + remote).
Preferred
- Experience with enterprise CRMs such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot CRM.
- Familiarity with predictive dialer/telephony integrations (Twilio, cloud dialers).
- Prior exposure to B2B SaaS or financial services product sales.
