About the Role

Tele Sales Executives

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and connect with potential B2B clients across industries.
  • Generate qualified leads through outbound calling, email outreach, and digital prospecting.
  • Maintain a high call volume and consistent engagement with potential customers.

2. Sales Pitching & Product Positioning

  • Present, promote, and sell SMS, Voice, WhatsApp Business, and RCS solutions to prospects.
  • Understand customer pain points and recommend appropriate communication solutions.
  • Deliver product demos and explain technical and commercial benefits effectively.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Follow up on leads, proposals, and negotiations until deal closure.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for queries related to pricing, onboarding, and service features.

4. Target Achievement

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities and ensure timely conversions.

5. Coordination & Documentation

  • Coordinate with the Sales, Technical, and Onboarding teams to ensure seamless customer activation.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in CRM tools.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical & Industry Knowledge

  • In-depth understanding of:
    • Bulk SMS (Transactional, Promotional, OTP)
    • Voice Services (OBD, IVR, TTS)
    • WhatsApp Business API
    • RCS Messaging
    • Enterprise communication workflows
  • Knowledge of CPaaS platforms and telecom routing preferred.

Sales Skills

  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and deal-closing capabilities.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to customers.
  • Hands-on experience in B2B tele sales and corporate customer interaction.

Communication Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication and conversational ability.
  • Good command of English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Strong presentation and email drafting skills.

Behavioural Competencies

  • Self-motivated with a passion for sales.
  • Target-driven, energetic, and proactive.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Quick learner with problem-solving ability.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum

    3 years of experience

    in Tele Sales in the field of

    SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, RCS

    , telecom, CPaaS, or digital communication services.
  • Graduation in any discipline; MBA/Marketing degree is an added advantage.
  • Proven sales track record in B2B markets.
