Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the US market.
Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with key decision-makers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.

Job Requirements :

11-16 years of experience in inside sales or international business development in IT services & consulting industry.
Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong understanding of KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing) industry dynamics and regulations.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients across different cultures.
