Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the US market.
  • Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.

Job Requirements :

  • 11-16 years of experience in inside sales or international business development in IT services & consulting industry.
  • Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing) industry dynamics and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients across different cultures.
