Job Description

  1. Client Engagement:

    • Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to Reneev Developers projects and offerings.
    • Identify client requirements, preferences, and budgets to match them with suitable properties.
    • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and consistent engagement.
  2. Database Management and Reporting:

    • Maintain an accurate and updated database of client interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups.
    • Use CRM tools to track leads and analyze conversion progress, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
    • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead activity and performance metrics for review by the sales team.
  3. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build trust and rapport with clients, providing clear and concise property information tailored to their needs.
    • Handle inquiries related to project details, pricing, payment plans, and other client concerns with professionalism.
    • Maintain a client-first approach, ensuring a positive experience at every interaction.
  4. Coordination with Sales and Marketing Teams:

    • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule property visits and follow up on client interest.
    • Assist in executing and monitoring WhatsApp and email campaigns designed by the marketing team.
    • Provide client feedback to the marketing team, contributing to campaign refinement and targeting strategies.
  5. Target Achievement and Performance Optimization:

    • Work towards achieving weekly and monthly lead conversion targets set by the sales manager.
    • Identify areas of improvement in call scripts and engagement strategies to enhance success rates.
    • Stay updated on project details, pricing revisions, and new launches to provide clients with the latest information.
Key Qualifications
  • Experience:

    0 to 3 years of experience in tele-sales, customer service, or a similar role. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Sales Acumen:

    Basic understanding of sales principles and a proactive approach to lead generation.
  • Technical Skills:

    Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and basic email communication.
  • Communication Skills:

    Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and/or Gujarati, with the ability to explain concepts clearly.
  • Customer-Centric:

    Empathetic, patient, and focused on delivering excellent client experiences.
  • Organizational Skills:

    Strong ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups in a structured manner.
  • Adaptability:

    Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced real estate environment.
