In this role, you will engage with potential and existing customers to promote our diverse range of financial products and services while driving meaningful customer interactions and fostering long-term relationships. 1. Inside Sales Executive Chat Process Key Responsibilities: Engage with inbound customer inquiries via live chat. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate diagnostic packages or services. Educate customers about the benefits, accuracy, and convenience of diagnostic solutions. Convert chat leads into confirmed appointments/sales using persuasive selling techniques. Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up with interested leads. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience. Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales conversion targets.
