Telecom Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage outbound and inbound sales calls to international customers (primarily US/UK/Canada regions).
  • Pitch telecom products and services such as mobile plans, broadband, and bundled packages.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close sales effectively.
  • Maintain CRM data and generate sales activity reports.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice-based sales or telecom sales.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable based on client geography).
  • Experience using CRM tools and call tracking systems.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in telecom outbound sales campaigns.
  • Familiarity with international customer expectations and cultural nuances.
