Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound/inbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Understand customer needs and promote company products/services effectively.
  • Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints with confidence.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and retention.
  • Follow up with leads regularly and close sales within the defined timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong customer handling and retention skills.
  • Excellent communication and convincing abilities.
  • Good sales aptitude with strong closing skills.
  • Experience in follow-ups and customer relationship building.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools is required.
  • Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility:

  • Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are welcome.
  • Experienced candidates in telesales/customer service will be an added advantage.
