Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound/inbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Understand customer needs and promote company products/services effectively.
Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints with confidence.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and retention.
Follow up with leads regularly and close sales within the defined timelines.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Strong customer handling and retention skills.
Excellent communication and convincing abilities.
Good sales aptitude with strong closing skills.
Experience in follow-ups and customer relationship building.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is required.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Positive attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility:

Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are welcome.
Experienced candidates in telesales/customer service will be an added advantage.
