Responsibilities:
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scriptsAnswer questions about products or the companyAsk questions to understand customer requirements and customer supportEnter and update customer information in the databaseTake and process orders in an accurate mannerHandle grievances to preserve the companys reputationGo the extra mile to facilitate future customer supportKeep records of calls and customer support and note useful informationFollow the quality matrix diligently


Requirements:Proven experience as customer support representative or other customer support/customer service rolesProven track record of successfully meeting customer support over the phoneGood knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systemsAbility to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospectsExcellent command over the languageExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCool-tempered and able to handle rejectionOutstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaintsFEMALES PREFERRED
