We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to manage and support our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ERP systems , network support , operating system installations , data migration , and desktop support . Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/Linux) on desktops and servers. Provide technical support for ERP software and coordinate with ERP vendors for troubleshooting. Manage user access , backups, and data transfers across systems. Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN , switches, routers, firewalls, and internet connectivity. Perform routine hardware and software troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and printers. Handle data migration , system backups, and disaster recovery plans. Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure security compliance. Support end-users in day-to-day IT-related issues through remote or onsite troubleshooting. Ensure timely updates and patch management for all systems and applications. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 3+ years of proven experience as a System Administrator or Network Administrator. Good knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, Odoo, or any custom ERP). Experience in configuring and maintaining Windows and Linux operating systems.

Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about products/services. Answer incoming calls from prospective customers. Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions. Maintain a database of customer information and feedback. Follow-up with customers for feedback and repeat business. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Handle queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
