We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to manage and support our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ERP systems , network support , operating system installations , data migration , and desktop support . Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/Linux) on desktops and servers. Provide technical support for ERP software and coordinate with ERP vendors for troubleshooting. Manage user access , backups, and data transfers across systems. Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN , switches, routers, firewalls, and internet connectivity. Perform routine hardware and software troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and printers. Handle data migration , system backups, and disaster recovery plans. Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure security compliance. Support end-users in day-to-day IT-related issues through remote or onsite troubleshooting. Ensure timely updates and patch management for all systems and applications. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 3+ years of proven experience as a System Administrator or Network Administrator.
