Desktop Support Engineer

System Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/Linux) on desktops and servers.
  
• Provide

  technical support

  for ERP software and coordinate with ERP vendors for troubleshooting.
• Manage

  user access

  , backups, and data transfers across systems.
• Monitor and maintain

  LAN/WAN

  , switches, routers, firewalls, and internet connectivity.
• Perform routine

  hardware and software troubleshooting

  for desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Handle

  data migration

  , system backups, and disaster recovery plans.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure security compliance.
  
• Support end-users in day-to-day IT-related issues through remote or onsite troubleshooting.
  
• Ensure timely updates and patch management for all systems and applications.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  
• 3+ years of proven experience as a System Administrator or Network Administrator.
  
• Good knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, Odoo, or any custom ERP).
  
• Experience in configuring and maintaining Windows and Linux operating systems.
