Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Executive – Telecalling to handle market rollover renewals for motor and health insurance. The role involves engaging with potential customers, explaining renewal benefits, and converting leads into successful policy renewals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a customer-centric mindset to drive retention and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers whose motor and health insurance policies are up for renewal.
• Educate customers about renewal benefits, policy features, and available options.
• Convince policyholders to renew their policies and address any objections or concerns.
• Cross-sell and upsell relevant insurance products as needed.
• Follow up with potential customers to ensure policy conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and renewal conversions.
• Coordinate with the sales and underwriting team to ensure smooth policy issuance.
• Achieve assigned renewal targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines in all interactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, insurance sales, or customer service (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
• Basic knowledge of motor and health insurance products (training will be provided).
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet renewal targets.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office for tracking and reporting.
• Ability to handle objections and provide effective solutions to customers.
• Good listening skills and a customer-first approach.
