We specialize in guiding clients through complex claim processes and ensuring fair outcomes. Role Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and articulate Personality for our Tele calling team. This Position offers hands-on experience in client communication, insurance claim coordination, and professional etiquette within a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities · Initiate and receive calls to/from clients regarding insurance claims and documentation · Clearly explain claim procedures, required documents, and timelines. · Maintain accurate call logs and follow-up records. · Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely updates and resolutions. · Handle client queries with professionalism and empathy. · Assist in scheduling appointments and reminders. · Uphold confidentiality and compliance standards. Eligibility Criteria · Strong verbal communication skills in Tamil and Kannada (additional regional languages are · a plus). · Basic understanding of insurance or willingness to learn. · Polite, patient, and professional demeanor. · Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. · Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools is an advantage.
