As a D2C Tele Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales through direct
communication with potential and existing customers. Your primary responsibility will be to make
inbound and outbound calls, understand customer needs, and recommend our organic dairy
products. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for
delivering exceptional customer service.
1. Sales and Customer Engagement:
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote GauNeeti
Organics' range of premium A2 dairy products.
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences, and offer
suitable product recommendations.
- Educate customers about product benefits, uses, pricing, and ongoing promotions, ensuring they
have all the information needed to make informed purchase decisions.
2. Handling Objections and Closing Sales:
- Address customer queries and concerns effectively, providing clear information and resolving any
objections.
- Utilize persuasive selling techniques to close sales and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales
targets.
- Follow up with customers who have shown interest or made previous inquiries to drive
conversions and secure repeat business.
3. Data Management and Reporting:
- Accurately record customer details, interactions, preferences, and feedback in the CRM system to
maintain a comprehensive database.
- Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and suggestions to improve sales
strategies.
4. Continuous Learning and Improvement:
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques to enhance
performance and provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to share insights and improve sales tactics.
- Educational Qualification:
- Minimum 12th pass; higher education in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Experience:
- Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or D2C sales, particularly in the food and beverage
or retail industry, is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati, with basic proficiency in English.
- Strong ability to handle customer objections and close sales confidently.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with a friendly phone manner.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required to meet customer
needs.
