Role Overview

As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with customers over calls, driving sales, cross-selling products, resolving issues, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to promote our A2 dairy range.
Build customer relationships, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Manage orders, confirmations, feedback, and service updates.
Participate in exhibitions and events such as Organic Farmers Markets and brand activities.
Resolve customer queries and ensure smooth service delivery.
Share customer insights to support process and sales improvements.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in telesales or customer support (FMCG, Food, Retail, or D2C preferred).
Strong communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati; basic English proficiency.
Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently.
Basic computer literacy, CRM knowledge preferred.
Customer-first mindset with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
