Customer Service Executives

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls.

  • Provide product details and assist customers with policy information.

  • Handle service requests, renewals, and issue resolutions.

  • Convert leads and achieve sales targets.

  • Maintain records in CRM and ensure process compliance.

  • Deliver a high standard of customer satisfaction.

  • Required Skills:

    • Excellent communication (English & Hindi; local language added advantage)

    • Strong customer handling and relationship-building skills

    • Sales ability with confidence to pitch products

    • Problem-solving and active listening skills

    • Good analytical and service orientation

    • Ability to work under targets and pressure

    • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)

    • Time management & multitasking abilities
