Roles & Responsibilities: Domestic Sales Outbound Process Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell the companys products/services. Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions to meet their needs. Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales to achieve individual and team targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Handle customer queries effectively and provide appropriate information about products/services. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets as defined by the management. Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities. Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards during customer interactions. Preferred Candidate Profile: Must possess excellent fluency in the English language . Should be confident, talkative , and have strong interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively. Clear speech with no MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) to ensure smooth communication. Prior experience in outbound tele-calling, tele-sales, or lead generation will be preferred. Ability to handle rejection, stay motivated, and maintain a positive attitude during customer interactions. Strong persuasion skills with the ability to convert prospects into customers.
