Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Make
outbound calls
to hotel owners, managers, and decision-makers.
Pitch RunHotel.io products and services clearly and persuasively.
Identify potential clients, qualify leads, and update CRM regularly.
Schedule product
demos/meetings
for senior sales managers.
Handle initial objections and provide accurate product information.
Maintain follow-up communication with interested leads.
Meet daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
Report performance metrics to the Sales Team Lead.

Skills & Requirements:

Education:
Diploma in any discipline (Hospitality, Business, or IT preferred but not mandatory).
Experience:
1-3 years in telesales/telecalling/customer service.
Excellent verbal communication (English + Hindi; Punjabi is a plus).
Basic knowledge of hospitality/technology is desirable.
Ability to handle objections confidently and build rapport.
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Personality:
Self-motivated, target-oriented, energetic, and a team player.
