Job Title: Tele Sales Executive Location: Bangalore Industry: Open (Applicable across Fintech, Telecom, Retail, etc.) Experience: Freshers Only Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to explain and promote products or services. Communicate effectively in both English and Hindi to handle customer queries. Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions or products. Follow up on leads and convert them into sales. Maintain daily call logs and update CRM systems. Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Handle objections professionally and resolve customer concerns promptly. Candidate Requirements: Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate (any stream). Fluent in both English and Hindi (spoken communication is a must). Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Good listening skills and the ability to handle pressure. Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM and MS Office tools. Self-motivated and goal-driven personality.
