Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and confident Tele-calling Sales Executives to join our team and promote Beast Drives event registrations, sponsorships, and partnership opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging prospects over phone calls, explaining event details, generating leads, and achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential participants, sponsors, and partners.

Explain Beast Drive events, benefits, and registration process clearly and confidently.

Convert leads into confirmed participants or clients.

Maintain call logs, lead sheets, and customer records using CRM tools.

Follow up with interested leads and ensure timely closure.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Work closely with the marketing and operations team to support promotional campaigns.

Maintain professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm in every call.

Required Skills:

Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written) mandatory.

Fluency in at least one regional language (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam).

Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented attitude.

Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Eligibility:

Experience:

Freshers welcome (training provided)

Experienced candidates (1–2 years in sales/tele-calling preferred)

Education: Minimum PUC / Graduate

Salary:

Freshers: 15,000 – 20,000 per month + incentives

Experienced: 15,000 – 25,000 per month + performance incentives

Work Details:

Work Mode: Office-based (Bengaluru) HSR LAYOUT sector 2

Working Days: Monday to Sunday (6days working , 1week off from Monday to Thursday )

Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
