Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Calling:
Make high volume of calls (inbound/outbound) to potential clients from provided lists or databases.
Property Presentation:
Clearly explain project details, amenities, pricing, location advantages, and payment plans.
Appointment Setting:
Convert interested leads into confirmed site visits or meetings for the field sales team.
CRM Management:
Accurately log all calls, update lead status, and maintain records in the CRM software.
Follow-Up:
Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and WhatsApp to nurture interest.
Objection Handling:
Address client concerns and objections professionally to build trust.
Coordination:
Liaise with on-ground sales executives for smooth client handover.
Reporting:
Provide daily/weekly call reports and MIS to management.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on property details, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements & Skills:

Education:
Any Graduate (12th pass often acceptable).
Experience:
Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, real estate, BPO, or inside sales preferred.
Skills:
Excellent communication (Hindi/English), convincing/persuasion skills, computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM).
Attributes:
Proactive, customer-focused, goal-oriented, quick learner, ability to handle high call volumes.
