JOB DESCRIPITON

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
  • Handle inbound queries and convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing and industry trends to effectively pitch offerings.

Desired Profile:

  • 1+ year of experience in tele-sales or a similar role.

  • Strong communication and persuasive skills.

  • Basic proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software.

  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

  • Experience in loan, insurance, or other sales-driven industries is a plus.
  • Fluency in regional languages in addition to English/Hindi is an added advantage.
