Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Gurugram. The Sales Associate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing detailed information about vehicles, assisting in the car buying process, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, conducting test drives, managing documentation, and continuously updating knowledge about the automotive market. This role requires a proactive approach to sales and customer service.

Qualifications

• Sales skills, including customer handling and meeting sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct test drives and provide detailed vehicle information
• Familiarity with automotive market trends and documentation management
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
