Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele-counsellor at the Institute of Professional Banking in Gurugram. The Tele-counsellor will be responsible for reaching out to potential students via phone, providing information about banking courses, and addressing queries. Additional responsibilities include following up with leads, maintaining records of communications, and assisting with the enrolment process. The Tele-counsellor will also participate in promotional activities to attract and engage students.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in making telephone calls and handling inquiries
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow-up with potential students
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience in counselling, customer service, or tele-calling fields is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in any discipline
