Tele Counsellor

About the Role: We are hiring a Tele Counsellor (Student Admissions) (Minimum of 1 year experience) to manage inbound and outbound calls, guide prospective clients/students, provide accurate information about our services, and support the counselling and conversion process. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong communication skills, enjoy interacting with people, and are looking for an opportunity to grow in counselling, customer engagement, or sales-oriented communication roles. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally Provide counselling and guidance to prospects based on their needs Explain service offerings clearly and confidently Maintain follow-ups with leads to ensure conversions Schedule appointments, demos, or consultations for seniors/managers Maintain call logs, enquiry data, and follow-up trackers Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets Build rapport with clients and maintain long-term communication Provide accurate information and resolve queries Work closely with the sales and operations team for smooth coordination Required Skills & Competencies Strong verbal communication and soft skills Good listening ability and empathetic approach Confident in handling objections and queries Ability to multitask and manage calls efficiently Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, MS Office, call logs) Fluency in English and/or regional languages (as relevant) Prior experience in tele-counselling, tele-sales, customer service, or voice process is a must Qualifications Minimum: Graduates preferred Candidates with 1–4 years of relevant experience can apply What We Offer Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Training and development in communication, sales, and counselling Career growth opportunities into Senior Counsellor, Team Lead, or Admission Counsellor roles Supportive work environment with continuous learning
