Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Initiate outbound calls to prospective students and provide detailed information about Frankfinn's career-oriented courses.
Understand student interests and guide them to attend free career counselling sessions at Frankfinn institutes.
Maintain consistent follow-ups with students to track their visit status and encourage participation.
Communicate fluently in English and Kannada to ensure clarity and engagement across diverse student profiles.
Accurately document call outcomes and update student records in the system.
Build rapport with students to foster trust and enhance the overall counselling experience.
Meet daily and weekly call targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism and empathy.

Preferred candidate profile

Education:
Minimum 12th pass with results in hand; graduates and undergraduates are welcome.
Experience:
At least 6 months of proven success in telesales or outbound calling.
Language Proficiency:
Fluent in
English and Kannada; clear,
confident communication is key.
Age Range:
18 to 34 years.
Gender:
Open to both
female and male
candidates.
Industry Exposure:
Prior experience in telesales or counselling roles preferred.
Personality Traits:
Energetic, persuasive, and empathetic with a knack for building rapport over the call.
Mindset:
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team.
