  • Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective customers using the provided leads, customer database, or other sources
  • Introduce the company's products or services and explain their features and benefits
  • Engage in persuasive conversations to generate leads or close sales
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through telephonic conversations
  • Gather information about the customer's requirements, interests, and budget to determine their suitability as a prospect
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and outcomes
  • Customer Engagement: Build rapport and establish a positive relationship with customers through effective communication
  • Address customer queries, concerns, or objections professionally and provide suitable solutions or information
  • Strive to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure a positive customer experience
  • Product/Service Promotion: Have a comprehensive understanding of the company's products or services and effectively communicate their value propositions to customers

  • Sales and Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and goals within the specified time frame
