Job Description

Telecalling Executive is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to inform them about products/services, follow up on inquiries, generate leads, and support the sales team by creating opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make inbound and outbound calls to customers and prospects.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Qualify leads and transfer sales-ready prospects to the sales team.
  • Explain products/services and handle customer objections.
  • Record call outcomes and update the CRM or database.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction or close interest.
  • Meet daily/weekly call targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide feedback from customers to improve marketing/sales strategies.
  • Maintain professionalism and demonstrate excellent communication.

Required Skills

  • Excellent spoken communication skills in English (and local languages if needed).
  • Good listening and persuasion skills.
  • Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge.
  • Patience and ability to handle rejection positively.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.

Experience & Education

  • 12th pass or graduate (preferred in relevant fields).
  • Previous experience in telecalling/customer service is an advantage.
