Job Title: Customer Complaint Handling Executiv Position Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for dedicated and proactive individuals to join our Customer Complaint Handling Team. The primary responsibility will be to manage, investigate, and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. Investigate the root cause of issues and coordinate with relevant departments to provide proper resolutions. Maintain accurate records of all complaints and actions taken.
