Job Title: Customer Complaint Handling Executiv

Position Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for dedicated and proactive individuals to join our Customer Complaint Handling Team. The primary responsibility will be to manage, investigate, and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Investigate the root cause of issues and coordinate with relevant departments to provide proper resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of all complaints and actions taken.
• Communicate courteously and empathetically with customers through calls, emails, or chat.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
• Prepare periodic reports on complaint trends and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred).
• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, etc.).
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Team Structure:

You will be part of a 3–4 member Customer Complaint Handling Team working collaboratively to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
