Job Description

Counsel the students, Parents and Guardians by providing the information regarding admissions or enrollment process
Calling on the leads & convert leads into applications for versatile courses
Attain complete understanding of students eligibility & suggest the most appropriate Course/ Programs
Effectively address the queries regarding Admissions & provide comprehensive information with end-to-end solution
Follow up with the potential candidates in terms of application filling, fee payment and ensure effective closure
Explain application deadlines and procedures
Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the student
Generate walk-ins from telephonic leads, referrals and from other sources
Handle student walk-ins, inbound queries
Database management & MIS reports generation
Must have good communication (English and Hindi ) & Interpersonal Skills
Candidates with relevant experience in Education Industry(admissions process) is preferred
