-->Role & responsibilities

A) Lead Management & Conversion:

  • Handle

    daily inbound and outbound calls

    , particularly from

    social media leads

    .
  • Engage with leads in a

    friendly, professional, and persuasive manner

    .
  • Understand the patients dental concerns and provide

    basic information

    about treatments, pricing, procedures, and appointments.
  • Share available time slots and coordinate with the front desk to schedule appointments.
  • Follow up diligently

    with unconverted leads through calls, WhatsApp, and SMS until closure.
  • Keep accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM or lead sheet.

B) Social Media & Digital Communication:

  • Regularly monitor and reply to inquiries from:
    • Facebook and Instagram DMs & Comments
    • Google Ads/Website inquiries
    • WhatsApp Business messages
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to understand

    campaigns and offers

    to communicate the right message.
  • Flag important or urgent leads for priority follow-up.

C)

  • Greet and speak to potential patients with

    empathy, clarity, and confidence

    .
  • Help patients

    overcome hesitation or objections

    by explaining benefits and solving basic queries.
  • Guide patients who are unsure of procedures toward

    free consultations

    or check-ups.

D)

  • Maintain a daily report of leads, calls made, appointments booked, and reasons for drop-offs.
  • Share weekly feedback with the marketing team on lead quality.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly conversion targets.

--> Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education:

    Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary); Graduation preferred
  • Experience:

    24 years in Telecalling / Customer Care / Lead Conversion
  • Language Proficiency:

    • Must speak

      fluent Bengali and Hindi

    • Basic to good

      English communication

  • Tech Skills:

    • Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, CRM tools
    • Familiarity with Instagram & Facebook interfaces
  • Soft Skills:

    • Excellent verbal communication & interpersonal skills
    • Patient, persuasive, and proactive approach
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize follow-ups
