Edit long-form videos for YouTube including testimonials, treatment walk-throughs, doctor interviews, and clinic stories, ensuring professional quality, clean transitions, subtitles, and SEO-friendly formats. Utilize AI tools and platforms to streamline video editing workflows, enhance visual storytelling, and speed up content production (e.g., AI-based editing, auto-captioning, background removal, or voiceovers). Design visually appealing static and motion graphics, Social Media Creative Poster for digital use including social media posts, website banners, Google ads, and email campaigns. Develop impactful print and offline materials such as brochures, posters, banners, and in-clinic branding assets that align with the clinics visual identity. Collaborate with the marketing and content team to conceptualize and execute creative content strategies and promotional campaigns. Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints and maintain a strong, recognizable aesthetic in every piece of content. Stay updated with industry trends in design, video production, AI tools, and social media content formats , incorporating innovative techniques to keep content fresh and engaging. Preferred candidate profile Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent tools. Experience with AI-based video editing tools (e.g., Runway, Pictory, Descript, CapCut AI). Solid understanding of storytelling, video pacing, sound design, and social media algorithms. Strong eye for aesthetics, detail, and visual consistency. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Engage with leads in a friendly, professional, and persuasive manner . Understand the patients dental concerns and provide basic information about treatments, pricing, procedures, and appointments. Share available time slots and coordinate with the front desk to schedule appointments. Follow up diligently with unconverted leads through calls, WhatsApp, and SMS until closure. Keep accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM or lead sheet. B) Social Media & Digital Communication: Regularly monitor and reply to inquiries from: Facebook and Instagram DMs & Comments Google Ads/Website inquiries WhatsApp Business messages Collaborate with the digital marketing team to understand campaigns and offers to communicate the right message. Flag important or urgent leads for priority follow-up. C) Patient Communication & Support: Greet and speak to potential patients with empathy, clarity, and confidence . Help patients overcome hesitation or objections by explaining benefits and solving basic queries. Guide patients who are unsure of procedures toward free consultations or check-ups. D) Performance Tracking & Reporting: Maintain a daily report of leads, calls made, appointments booked, and reasons for drop-offs. Share weekly feedback with the marketing team on lead quality.
