Job Description

A telecaller's primary roles and responsibilities revolve around engaging with customers via phone, promoting products or services, and providing customer support. They handle both inbound and outbound calls, aiming to generate leads, close sales, and resolve customer issues. Key responsibilities include making calls, explaining products, gathering feedback, and maintaining records. Outbound and Inbound Call Management: Outbound calls: Telecallers initiate calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services, gather information, or follow up on previous interactions. Inbound calls: They handle calls from customers who may already be interested in the product/service or need assistance. Customer Engagement and Sales: Explaining products/services: Telecallers provide clear and concise information about the company's offerings, answering customer questions and addressing concerns. Building relationships: They strive to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions. Sales: Telecallers are often tasked with generating sales, closing deals, and meeting sales targets. Handling objections: They need to address objections and concerns raised by customers in a professional and persuasive manner. Data Management and Reporting: Maintaining records: Telecallers keep accurate records of call interactions, customer information, and sales data in a CRM system. Generating reports: They may be required to submit daily or weekly progress reports on their call performance and sales.
