Tele Caller Executive

Outbound and Inbound Call Management: Outbound calls: Telecallers initiate calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services, gather information, or follow up on previous interactions. Inbound calls: They handle calls from customers who may already be interested in the product/service or need assistance. Customer Engagement and Sales: Explaining products/services: Telecallers provide clear and concise information about the company's offerings, answering customer questions and addressing concerns. Building relationships: They strive to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions. Sales: Telecallers are often tasked with generating sales, closing deals, and meeting sales targets. Handling objections: They need to address objections and concerns raised by customers in a professional and persuasive manner. Data Management and Reporting: Maintaining records: Telecallers keep accurate records of call interactions, customer information, and sales data in a CRM system. Generating reports: They may be required to submit daily or weekly progress reports on their call performance and sales. Other Responsibilities: Market research: They may conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends. Compliance: Telecallers must adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
