Xpedia Holidays is a leading travel and tourism company offering customized holiday packages across India and abroad. We’re passionate about creating memorable travel experiences and are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers.
Communicate effectively in Hindi and English to explain travel packages and offers.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Maintain customer records and handle queries professionally.
Assist clients with travel planning and after-sales support.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly targets.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Female Candidates only.
Pleasing personality and good appearance.
Strong customer handling and persuasion skills.
Prior experience in telecalling, travel, or customer service is an advantage.
Age between 22 to 30 years.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Freshers can also apply.
