Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, addressing their queries, and providing information about our products or services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and persuasive demeanor, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce products or services.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner to build rapport and trust.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information about the products or services offered by the company.
  • Query Resolution: Address customer queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and other KPIs set by the management.
  • Feedback: Collect and record customer feedback, preferences, and market intelligence.
  • Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including data protection and privacy regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to achieve common goals.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in any field is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications and CRM systems.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Language: Proficiency in [insert required languages, e.g., English,Hindi& Spanish, etc.].

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
