Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Tele caller Executive to handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently. The role involves contacting existing or potential customers to share information, collect feedback, provide support, and maintain accurate records — without any sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers for feedback, follow-ups, or information sharing.
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries promptly.
Maintain and update customer details in the company database (CRM).
Provide accurate information about company products, services, or processes.
Conduct surveys or verification calls as per company requirements.
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines during calls.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.
Maintain call logs and prepare daily/weekly reports of tasks completed.
Participate in training sessions to enhance communication and product knowledge.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum 10+2 / Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 0–4 years in tele calling or customer service (freshers welcome).
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Polite, patient, and professional phone etiquette.
Basic computer and data entry skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Fluency in [languages required, e.g., English and Hindi].

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
