Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecalling Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a drive to deliver excellent customer service. This role involves interacting with clients, maintaining accurate data, and supporting internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with clients and provide relevant information.
• Update and maintain accurate customer data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
• Maintain and organize physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.
• Communicate with relevant teams to clarify data inconsistencies and improve processes.
• Verify data accuracy, correct errors, and identify irregularities promptly.
• Ensure data accuracy and accessibility to facilitate smooth operations.
• Generate reports and summaries to support internal decision-making processes.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive customer and company information.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates welcome)
• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or data entry roles
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM software preferred)
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
