We are looking for a dynamic Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, providing information about our products and services, and handling customer inquiries. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients.
  • Provide information about products and services to customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets set by management.
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejections gracefully.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
