Role & responsibilities Job Title: Telecaller Location: Dhanbad Work Timing: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM Weekly Off: 1 day Joining: Immediate joiners preferred Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team in Dhanbad. The role involves calling potential students, explaining our educational services, and generating leads. Candidates with prior telecalling or marketing experience in the education sector will be given preference. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents Provide detailed information about courses and services Follow up on leads and maintain a call log Achieve daily and monthly call targets Coordinate with the marketing and admissions team Requirements: Prior experience in telecalling, preferably in education Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge Positive attitude and target-oriented
