Job Title: Marketing Manager Location: Dhanbad Work Timing: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM Weekly Off: 1 day Joining: Immediate joiners preferred Job Summary: We are hiring an Academic Counselor to lead promotional efforts for our educational services in Dhanbad. Candidates with prior experience in educational institutions will be preferred. Roles and Responsibilities Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate leads for career counseling services. Develop strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders. Utilize convincing power to motivate students towards their academic goals. Desired Candidate Profile 1-5 years of experience in education counseling or related field (IAS preferred). Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to handle complex situations. Strong coordination skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
