Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote solar rooftop systems, and other renewable energy products.
• Understand customer requirements and educate them on the benefits of switching to solar energy.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the Sales team.
• Follow up diligently on inquiries and previous leads to maximize conversion.
• Maintain and update lead data in the CRM system/ODOO.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to provide accurate information to customers.
• Track daily call reports, lead status, and performance metrics.
• Share customer insights and feedback with the marketing team for continuous campaign improvement.

Key Requirements:

• 24 years of proven experience in B2C telemarketing

  ,

  preferably in energy, electrical, infrastructure, or sustainability sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Kannada.
• Ability to convincingly explain technical products to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Excel, and basic digital communication platforms.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Graduate in any discipline. Technical or commerce background preferred.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):

• Daily/weekly call volume and engagement.
• Qualified leads generated per week/month.
• Lead-to-sales conversion rate.
• Customer feedback quality.
• Accuracy and timeliness of lead data reporting.
