Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Technosales role located in Panaji. The Technosales professional will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting product solutions, and managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting product demonstrations for hardware and software solutions, and consulting clients on tailored IT requirements. The individual will also provide support in fostering client satisfaction through after-sales service and ensuring a seamless product experience for customers.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Understanding of IT hardware systems, including POS systems, barcode scanners, and RFID solutions
  • Knowledge of software solutions such as ERP, inventory management, and industry-specific software systems
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical clients
  • Experience in business consultancy or providing tailored technology solutions
  • Proficiency in conducting product demonstrations and presentations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer challenges
  • Proactive approach, team collaboration, and customer-focused attitude
  • Proficiency in local market knowledge; understanding of industries like retail, restaurant, and hospitality is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; relevant certifications considered an advantage
