Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal Sales Manager-West, based in Mumbai. The Zonal Sales Manager will manage sales operations, develop and execute sales strategies, and build and maintain strong customer relationships. Daily tasks include monitoring sales goals, identifying new market opportunities, and leading a team of sales representatives. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure the service meets customer requirements and aligns with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales management, including developing and implementing sales strategies
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities
• Comfortable with IT hardware and software solutions, especially in retail and hospitality sectors
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Willingness to travel as required within the zonal area
