Your efforts in troubleshooting, maintaining, identifying, escalating, and resolving production service interruptions for all internally and externally developed systems support a seamless user experience and a culture of continuous improvement.Job responsibilitiesAnalyze and troubleshoot production application flows to ensure end-to-end application or infrastructure service delivery supporting the business operations of the firmImprove operational stability and availability through participation in problem managementMonitor production environments for anomalies and address issues utilizing standard observability toolsAssist in the escalation and communication of issues and solutions to the business and technology stakeholdersIdentify trends and assist in the management of incidents, problems, and changes in support of full stack technology systems, applications, or infrastructure

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology servicesKnowledge of applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment on premises or public cloudExposure to observability and monitoring tools and techniquesFamiliarity with processes in scope of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworkExperience with one or more general purpose programming languages and/or automation scriptingExperienced in Cloud based technology , platforms like AWSExperienced in web based technology, platforms, database such as Oracle, SQLserver , AWS RDS , Orchestration tool like Data BricksExperience with Monitoring Tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Dynatrace, Datadog, Geneos, Cloud watch, OpenSearchExperience in scripting including Powershell/Shell and/or Python for automation & toil reductionExperience in the support of real time transaction processing applications

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

Knowledge of one or more general purpose programming languages or automation scriptingAWS certification will be added advantageBasic experience in at least one of technology stack (Java/J2EE/C#/.NET)Experience setting up the monitoring will be added advantage
