Technology Project Manager

As a Release Lead in the NZ Pacific Domain at ANZ, your role involves providing project planning, management, and oversight for key initiatives and implementation projects. Your responsibilities include ensuring that projects are closely aligned with ANZ Technology strategic priorities, completed on time, within scope and budget, and with a high quality of deliverables. You will coordinate resources and interdependencies across multiple streams of work, leading a diverse project team comprising internal staff, vendors, and contractors. Your experience in large, complex, dynamic environments will be essential for success in this role. Effective communication, negotiation, and influencing skills are crucial for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and motivate cross-functional teams at all levels - Assign and monitor work of technical personnel to ensure project alignment with business objectives, on-time delivery, and within budget - Create an environment of openness, trust, and collaboration - Coordinate project elements including plan development, execution, and change control - Ensure accurate and transparent reporting - Identify, clarify, and communicate project vision, goals, and objectives in alignment with organizational strategic objectives Qualifications Required: - 12+ years of project management experience - End-to-end delivery experience for small to medium-sized initiatives within programs or projects - Collaborate with business owners, stakeholders, and 3rd party vendors for optimal customer outcomes - Provide financial budget oversight and manage risks, issues, and dependencies - Operate across multiple teams, influence stakeholders, and contribute to project governance deliverables - Apply sound management principles and work within ANZ Delivery Frameworks - Agile experience, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset - Experience in handling high complex migration, lifecycle management, and integrating complex applications & products,
