We are looking for a skilled and proactive Technology Operations Analyst to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing user accounts, supporting SaaS platforms, ensuring compliance in access management, and aiding internal teams in smooth technology operations.
Understand and support internal applications including Snow and other system tools
Assist with user account creation, provisioning, and access control using company tools
Provide basic administration and troubleshooting for tools like Salesforce, Zoom, etc.
Help maintain compliance standards through secure access and tech management
Assist senior team members in delivering tech solutions to internal stakeholders
Track and maintain inventory of business-critical technology systems
Contribute to operational efficiency and service delivery through IT support practices
5-7 years of experience as a Technology Operations Analyst or in a similar role
Proficient in Windows OS and basic knowledge of Mac OS
Experience with FTP clients, web browsers, and basic troubleshooting
Knowledge of SaaS platforms like Salesforce, Zoom, etc.
Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow
